The newly renovated room on the fifth floor was a highlight for me. The bed was amazing and the shower was spacious. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. This added a relaxing touch to my stay.

The room was super clean and well laid out the sofa bed was massive and already made up for my son
We were told our rooms were not ready upon arrival the receptionist showed little care. After waiting three hours many of our friends had rooms done we were still waiting. Staff switched us to another room then told us our entire group were being charged a security deposit. The room was dirty and dated

the newly renovated room surprised us, it was modern and spacious. the staff was nice. the bar area felt comfy and it has a terrace if you want to sit outside. the renovated rooms looked amazing and the hotel provides easy access to the m1 motorway.
the breakfast had a 12.50 cost when booked the night before.

the room was super clean and well laid out. the sofa bed was massive and already made up for my son. complimentary access to the pool was a nice treat for my son and i. breakfast was of a good standard.
i returned to a full car park after going out during the day. alternative parking was suggested but only available at an extra charge. the gate was locked and everyone had to wait for someone to sort it out.
